Greenies were expanding when they reached the stomach and that's what was causing the problems, they say they have changed the formula but I'm not comfortable or trusting of them. Bully sticks, antlers and himalayan chews can all break teeth. Having had a dog who broke a tooth on a bully stick I do not recommend them it cost close to $600 for surgery and Callie had to lose her big cruncher tooth. Brushing really is the best thing to do to keep teeth clean. Callie gets the naked chews and occasionally a milkbone dental chew.
