Back Length: appx. 8 inches or so
Chest: 11 inches… you can adjust (velcro) at the neck and under the stomach, so give or take a couple of inches.
They say 3-5lbs, but it fit my girl up to when she was about 6.5 lbs if I adjusted it out enough.
