I use different things, right now "Tropiclean OxyMed anti itch soothing spray" I think I got from pet smart. I got some from WalMart, too. They have a large selection now. I try too keep them all around (living room, bedroom, kitchen and outside), so it is easy to grab when one starts to scratch or lick. I also try to brush them when I spray. They hate (or fear) the spray, so I usually pick them up and spray close, then rub in and brush; rather than trying to spray at them.
