With absolutely NO reservations, I would recommend Anna Stringer. I have Lollie, a daughter of her "Jack" who was the #1 yorkie in America is 2010. I also have Lacie who is a daughter of Trip who is Jack's father!
I would also recommend (with no reservations) Vicki Meadows, who just happens to be the breeder of Lollie's mother.
