Is his stomach extended at all? Has he had any diarrhea? Usually these are good signs of worms.. Usually if they have roundworms or hookworms their stomach will be extended, big and round! Tapeworms they get from digesting fleas, but that should not be an issue this time of year and tapeworms are more unslightly than harmful..

Tummy is small, not bloated at all. He did have the odd flea when I first got him but that was back in July and he was treated then. I was thinking it was worms but now his symptoms do not sound like it. The weight loss has been the last couple of weeks, could he have had tapeworms with no symptoms this whole time? And now they are showing the effects.

Please keep my baby in your thoughts and hope he is ok. I will call our vet and see if I can get him in tommorow.

I'll keep everyone updated.
