Default Can't keep food down.

Cerulean is sick again and this time worst than the last. From the looks of his bed he spit up a little this morning but did #1 &#2 normally then ate breakfast fine. After breakfast he peed and played like normal. It wasn't until his accident on the carpet that I got concerned. Runny poop which looked liked the kibble he had just eaten at breakfast. An hour later he threw up white frothy stuff. I figured his stomach was upset again so back to chicken, rice and pumpkin. He ate every single drop and immediately threw it all back up. Called the vet but they can't take him and the emergency hospital in my area doesn't open until 6. Going to call another vet in the meantime. I looked up his symptoms and it said worms, I was late giving him his Revolution treatment. Could that be it? Any suggestions???
