I told the groomer to not trim under Teddy's eyes on the last visit in August.


It is now nicely grown out and is trying to go flat but still obscures his vision and will do so until it has been "trained" to do otherwise and is more weighted.


I would say it is worth it because, even though I think a well groomed short yorkie is adorable, having their muzzle longer is also a nice look and much easier to maintain once the hair around their eyes has grown out.


I haven't had any problems and it grows quickly (in my case) so good luck!
