Is his stomach extended at all? Has he had any diarrhea? Usually these are good signs of worms.. Usually if they have roundworms or hookworms their stomach will be extended, big and round! If they have coccidiosis they almost always have diarrhea with it and sometimes bloody diarrhea.. Tapeworms they get from digesting fleas, but that should not be an issue this time of year and tapeworms are more unslightly than harmful..

I would take him into the vet and just have the vet check him out.. Keep us updated..
