Very normal for yorkies to have some extra teeth removed by the vet under anesthesia. Most people get this done at the same time as spaying and neutering so they only have to go under once. You don't want to wait to long though because it can mess up the alignment of there adult teeth and cause food to get stuck between then and the adult teeth causing decay.
