Kind of looks like a little spot of pyoderma (staph intermedius). I'd put some antibiotic cream on it asap, to see if that will prevent it from going elsewhere. Be sure and check over her entire body...arm pits, inner legs, neck, tummy, back, base of tail, back of legs...to see if it spread. If it's profuse, you'll def need prescription oral antibiotics like Simplicef. It could also be an area that she over-scratched and broke skin.
