! Many yorkie puppies have double sets of teeth bc the baby teeth don't fall out. What most of us do is have the retained baby teeth removed when they have their spay/neuter done. If it's already done, then yes, you'll need to schedule a time to put her under and have them removed. They must be removed bc otherwise, severe decay will happen due to the crowding.
