First off: LOVE your pups name! My little yorkie is named Luna too!! She gets mad at me after her baths and will hide under my daughter's bed. I just leave her there till she gets over it. Normally a short nap for her and she is back to her old self.
The reason I am posting is because I worked at a groomers for a while. I quit my job there because I could not believe the way the dogs were treated!!! I won't go in to details but after watching people pick their dogs up and the groomer filling their he'd with ....oh she was sooooo good.... I had to just throw my hands up and quit! I promised myself my dogs would never go to a groomer again! I would rather her have a goofy at home hair cut than put her through the stress of a groomers. The only thing positive I got from that job was the ability to at least do a half ass decent job of grooming her myself. |
