LOL. I tried that and Tibbe's tiny noodle toes wouldn't press through the knee- high's I tried. Any pressure I put on his toes from the material just folds them down and under. I tried a foot end cut off a real pair of nylons and that was worse - too strong for his tiny toes to push his toenails through. And his toes are too tiny to even use the protective head toenail slots on the Gentle Paws Nail Grinder! They don't reach down to the grinding head or just barely touch it and he hates having his toe go in that slot. He's just got little bits of bones for toes and he's pretty protective of them when I'm using tools around them! Oddly, he likes me to rub his feet and pawpads. Puts him right to sleep.

But boy, don't these terriers grow hardy toenails for their tiny toes!
