Couldn't agree more, we visit a wonderful lady who has a small salon in the garden of a Fairy Story Cottage. She is in her 70's and only uses scissors. I sit by her side and Crystal is calm, far calmer than when I try and groom her. Her demeanour is is analtered afterwards too (she's a sunny little thing anyway)
