[Quadraphinic]

Is there anything that's really good at helping with getting some really nasty knots out, other than shaving. Gina has some big knots around her neck, from her harness, she has a different kind now, also a couple on her sides. I'd really rather not have her shaved, but I really need to get these knots out. I know I've seen people suggest things for this before But I couldn't find the old posts, I'm very grateful for any help.
