That's a good idea and if the other driver's insurance fights me on liability, I'll request that they do just that. My State Farm adjuster said I have zero liability in the claim as I had the right of way in the traffic lane and it was the responsibility of the driver parked in a parking space to yield the right of way to me and all vehicles until we had passed him by and that the damage on his back bumper and the side of my hubcab/wheel is enough to indicate what happened- that he negligently failed to properly yield right of way and backed into my truck. I don't guess he ever looked back before he began backing. I can only guess neither the other driver or his threatening passenger knew the parking lot traffic laws as they kept shouting the accident was all my fault, especially the woman. She was out of control!
