As you say, Best Buy have some battery powered UPS systems for computers etc, low power output. (Around $45) I don't know if that is the kind of thing you are looking for? I am sure one of them would be good???

Alway, Dot, always hassled by 21st century electronics. I was just wondering which ones are good and which ones are junk as Googling wifi/computer UPS and reading about the battery-powered ones got me worried as there was no many general negative responses about them.
