Looks very decent, as long as your kiddo doesn't have sensitivities to oats and barley / grains etcetera.

I'm not a big fan of flaxseed for dogs, personally, bc it can irritate them - I'd prefer to see fish oil as the omega source...but yours may do fine w/ flax.
