I know how scary that is to encounter dogs unleashed. I was walking my German Shepherd and was just going to pass by a house when out of their yard 2 Rotties come charging, barking. They didn't leave their property and I quietly made an about face and walked slowly back home. I still remember even these years later how scared I was that they would attack. Thank goodness you and your pups are ok.
