Hmmm...hard to say what's going on for sure. But, teething *can* cause GI issues - same in how it does w/ human babies. If it's resolved today, I'd probably chalk it up to that. If not, you may want to get to a vet asap, bc of age. Personally, I've never withheld food when my kiddos have diarrhea - and I def wouldn't with a pup this age...perhaps just feed something like carbs only - like some little pieces of white bread or white crackers.
