Your poor baby! Are you absolutely sure the blood came from his paw? This is a tough judgment call that only you can make. I would be inclined to go to the ER tonight.
If not tonight, I would definitely have the vet look at his paw tomorrow. Make sure the bandage isn't too tight on his paw, so that it isn't cutting off circulation.
