Well, the CT scan of my abdomen was uneventful. Showed Diverticulosis with no infection. So, I still don't know why I have abdominal pain. HOWEVER, the CT scan caught the lower part of my lungs. I have a 3mm nodule on my left, lower lung and scarring on the right lower. The guidelines say since it is below 4mm and I am low risk that no follow up is needed. My GP said he wants to order another CT scan in 6 months since this is the first time we are seeing this.

I scheduled an appointment with him for yesterday and we talked about the nodule. I know there are many things that can cause them. When I read the report, though, only one thing came to mind. I don't even want to say it.

So, please everyone say a prayer that it doesn't grow. If it doesn't then he will cut me loose from further testing. Heck, pray that it was a CT scan fluke!
