Crate trained dogs are a blessing to travel with, go visiting with, go to vets with etc etc.
WHen I need to do housework go to work etc, they all get crated so that I can vacuum wash floors etc. Then it is out for lunch time feeds, a 30 minute so rest, while Mom eats, then the afternoon walks and training. Then they are cratedfor about another 2hrs till hubby gets home, and takes them out of their crate.
They get crated when work-men come over, guests with young children, guest who are not crazy about dogs, etc etc.
Never feel guilty about using crates correctly for the welfare and safety of your dogs.
