(Some hospitals will get around it by having you wear a mask or whatever, but there are some hospitals and companies out there that MANDATE a flu shot....this law suit will set a precedent for how far a company can go demanding what medical procedures employees MUST subject themselves to.) |
I almost think schools should require the flu shot.
