We had a long, pleasant conversation - he suggested doing a complete switch rather than the gradual I was trying to do AND he suggested cutting down the amount of protein. He also told me to call him back if I had any problems - in fact he asked that I report back on Monday. With this information at hand, I plan to try the Miracle Health again.

I am always skeptical, but I was very impressed talking with a real person at a dog food company who really seemed to care about my problem.
