Perfect plan, so happy you are having Izzy spayed, and have an excellent plan for her healing time. You do make things happen lol. Are you going to name the new lil guy Sumo, lol, it really is cute if you do, and quite befitting I think. So when will you be bringing Sumo yorkie home. i am sooo happy for you and lil Izzy especially since she liked him so much.
