Im so sorry for your loss :-( Personally I waited 2 1/2 years after my princess passed...it wasn't so much by choice but circumstances. I hear you on the void....and while its true our babies are never replaceable.....it really does heal your heart just a little bit. I still miss my Cassie just the same but Winnie does provide some good medicine. I agree with CozyPeanut......don't worry about what others think....timing is personal.....but this is a great place to research and possibly find an excellent reliable breeder to find your new baby.
