I feel much less ridiculous knowing that I'm not the only one!!! I iced it yesterday and the swelling did go down...but it is bruised pretty badly and my husband made me go to urgent care. They did an X-ray and from first glance cannot see a break but there is a lot of bruising in the way...so they said they will have the radiologist read it and make sure. for now i am to stay off of it as much as possible. the dr said if it is broken they will get back to me. |
