I'm glad you're happy with your phone.
The main reason I have an iphone is if I have a problem I can take it to the Apple store and they'll take care of it.
A few years ago I bought a Motorola flip phone, a few days after I got it I was having major issues with it (don't remember what, I think calls weren't going through, no one else was having this problem). It took hours to get Verizon to send me a new phone. I got the new phone and had the same issue, it took even more time to talk them into letting me get a different phone. If it were an iphone I could have taken it to Apple, had diagnostics ran on it, and gotten a new phone right then and there.
I had an ipod touch with an extended warranty, it was getting near the end of the warranty and I was having battery issues. I took it to Apple, they ran diagnostics, and they gave me a new ipod for $50. It was very easy. |
