My little boy boo cannot take rides. The first time we took him he had a fit and would not be still. So i rolled the window down to go to stores and dog park. He seemed to be okay so long as he could hang his head out the window ( he has a chest collar and leash on. I hold the leash in one hand and hand in front of collar to keep it from choking him) . He loves this but its a short ride. Have taken him several times to help him get use to it.

So today we were going to go see fall foliage. It was a three hour ride. Could not roll window down it was to cool. He was horribly restless. Put him on floor but he wanted back up. He threw up 4 times before we got back home. We did not go where we was heading i was afraid for him.

Anyone else have this problem. I have always had my puppys at 8 weeks old and they learned to ride with us. But getting him at 5 months i doubt hes been in a car much. Most likely only to get shots. We will eventually have to go to colorado to get our things. I dont want to leave him. But if this happens we cant take him. We always take our babies.


Anyone else have this happen with your baby? How did you fix it. Were home letting the little guy rest . Think i will give him some karo. Just to be safe.
