I'm lost by the terminology. Are you talking about her licking her vulva? Is the area swollen or reddened? If so, and she's done with her estrus, she could have an infection of some type and a vet visit is in order as she could be itching and licking herself raw seeking relief. She sounds pretty uncomfortable if she is constantly licking to stop itching or pain and believe me, severe itching is just as stressful as pain. Vet her tomorrow and hopefully the they can help your baby girl.
