Maggie did this when I first brought her home, it was just like you say...like a quick intentional exhale through the nose, with wet clear fluid. I made a vet appointment and by the time we got in it went away (lasted maybe 4 days total?). My vet said as long as she seems healthy now, no worries, and that it could have been a reaction to the sudden cooler air we had in our area - but I agree with everyone else, to be safe, go to your vet incase its something else.
