Maggie wears a VERY thin pink leather collar with her tags...you cant even really see it on her right now among her fluffy fur (cotton coat). And she wears her harness/leash only when I take her outside to go potty. She is timid and has a few times before (if there is a sudden loud noise) tried to pull and back out of her harness...if she got away and was lost I would be devastated! So, collar stays on always, unless shes having a bath
