She had a long, long life and that is a tribute to the care and love she received all these years! And, as you said, having to make that "last loving honorable tribute to Twisty, is the most heartbreaking one you have to make for your precious baby. She passed safely cradled in your arms, in the place she always felt safest, where she always knew she was adored....your scent was the last scent she smelled, your warmth and protective arms were holding her closely, and your heartbeat was the last thing she heard....she always knew you would be there for her, and she always knew you would be sure she was kept safe. I am so sorry for your loss, but try to find comfort knowing you were always there for herm until the very end, and she went from your loving arms, to run and play, healthy and whole, at glorious Rainbow Bridge, where she will wait for the day you come to get her and yow two will continue your eternal journey.
