It can't hurt to try...though I'd compare ingredient labels to make sure you're not just switching to another food that has the exact same ingreds. If it were me, I'd probably want to try a different protein and carb source, for starters.
You could also try the Angel Eyes Natural (the one w/out the antibiotic) and see if that works. Some dogs are helped by drinking only bottled water.
