He needs food ASAP! Nutri cal and sugar water won't sustain him.
I fed "Royal Canin mini baby dog " from 6 weeks until about ten weeks at my vet's recommendation. You can buy it at petsmart and petco along with most other major pet food retailers. Moisten the food with a little warm water. He will need to eat every 4-6 hours at 7 weeks old.
