 Sick baby
So sorry your baby is sick, you must be very upset and concerned.
First have you called the breeder and asked for help? Wherever you got him from he is very young at 7 weeks to be taken from his mother and out in the wide world. You did well to give him water and Nutrical, but he really needs to see a vet ASAP or he could get very sick. He is too young to let this go on as he will get dehydrated and whatever ails him could get worse. Hope you are able to get him in today either with his vet or an ER vet.
