 New male pup, need guidance pls....
So I have Izzy now. She's almost 8 months. We just lost her sister a month ago , and she's been so lonely since then (and so have I) that He's decided to get me another pup for my birthday present. I have a wonderfully sweet boyfriend.. Everyone who has them available now in my area has males. I'm going to visit someone this week who has one who is the same age as Izzy. I figured that's better than getting one younger and having her be too rough with him...right?
Now I need to know about boys. My boyfriend thinks all boys go around humping everything. God I hope not. And when do they start marking things and how can I prevent this? What age do all these momentous things occur and how should I go about introducing them to see if they get along? My birthday is on the 6th, so this is gonna be happening soon.
I just want to hear anything you think I need to know about doing this... |
