I am at my wits end here! If it's the least little bit wet outside (like it has rained earlier) or sprinkling or ANYTHING Cali will not poop outside no matter how many times I take her out. Which means she ends up going in the house. Does anyone have any tips on breaking her of this??? It's been raining all week and I am sick of her pooping in the house!
