Still, as long as you have a clear view west it will be super easy to see the eclipse even at 11.6 degrees above the horizon at 6:27AM. Back in March 2013 I could see Comet Pan-Starrs naked eye at 10 degrees above the horizon with a much brighter sky (30 minutes after sunset) so the moon will be no sweat as long as you have a clear view West unobscured by trees, buildings, or hills.
