Sounds like you need a PUPPY APARTMENT! They are divided crates that have a side for sleeping and a side for "going". Go to: modern puppies.com or just Google Puppy Apartment. They work on the premise that no dog likes to be unclean, and will always choose to go in a separate area when given a choice. Good luck.
