Are you sure they are not just playing? Lexi is 9 months and when i brought the new puppy home i thought she was being aggresive with him because she would growl and bite and him (not hard). I soon realized that they were just playing. Now that the new pup is a little older and bigger he is able to play more rough with Lexi.
