I think it kinda depends on your dog. Like Callie gets cold pretty easily but my moms yorkie Sammy does not so like when she needs a sweater he might only need a tshirt. I think they probably show different signs of being cold too like Callie will shut down when she is cold and Sammy will curl in a ball. A lot of people go by the if you are cold so are they theory but I'm always hot lol so I have picked up on Callie's little signs that she is cold.
