Just because he drank some water does not mean he is not dehydrated! Dehydration can happen quickly when they are vomiting. You can check his gums....touch them to see if they are wet. If they are sticky to the touch, he is likely dehydrated. The fact that he is lethargic is a concern. You can also pull up on his skin between his shoulder blades to see if it goes back down quickly. If not, that is another sign of dehydration.

Personally, I would probably be at an emergency clinic if it was my pup. They can go downhill quickly.
