This does not sound correct to say an 11 month old puppy needs a full dental. Bogey was just a little over a year old and had a couple of baby teeth and was neutered at the same time. Actually, I had both Bogey and Doodlebug done on the same day, Dentals for both, chipped, neuter and rabies. You cannot get a titer for Rabies vaccine it is required by law. Also, I am not sure who would have told you that the rabies could be done at the next visit since a vet by law cannot do a surgery without a rabies vaccine.
