Hi and welcome to YT. I am sorry that your Yorkie has been so sick. Buster can sometimes eat to big of a piece and it causes him to gag but it does not last that long. I would also be concerned since you found the earring that you puppy might have eaten something else that might be stuck inside and causing problems. They are such tiny dogs they can get into trouble very quickly. It is always safer to take them to a Vet if you see they are having problems as it might be something serious. I would also throw out that box of milk bones and find a small bite size treat to give. I hope the Vet says everything is okay with your Yorkie.
