Especially if I am trying to do something inside, I want them to be able to go out, potty, and get back in quickly. I know it will take some time just like any training, but it's just frustrating at times. Now that Parker is pretty consistent with hitting the bell to go outside and potty, I am ready to work on this problem so I'm not having to take them out separately.
I understand I wish I could separate where Buster pees and plays. He always wants to roll in the grass and I am sure it's not the clean spot that he picks out. It sounds like Parker is doing a great job with bell training so hopefully it won't be long before you can take both out at the same time. Do you reward when Parker poops/pees so he gets high value reinforcement? Buster prefers treats to just about anything besides belly rubs.
