Not familiar with that book, but I have several training books, and they are all pretty much the same. Do you want to commit the time it takes to train? That's the question you should ask, every day for about 10-15 minutes, 2 or 3 times a day. Once you have an understanding of EXACTLY how to train, you have to be willing to spend the time. People come here and say all the time, "I've tried everything", but the truth is that means you weren't consistent. You do the same thing over and over and over, and you might not see results for weeks or months. Here's a review of it.
