Well, glad you noticed before she whelped them. I had a female that I thought never went into heat and one night she jumped up onto our bed with a dead puppy hanging off of her, I had no clue she was pregnant, very sad situation. She went on to have 2 more pups, but sadly one was stillborn. The other one survived, he is 3 yrs. old now, and much loved by us! The father was the only male in the house, so I didn't have to wonder about that. Even though I had originally bought her for breeding after this I had her fixed, I'm leaving breeding up to the folks that know what they are doing more than I did. You will have to watch her carefully for signs of labor since you probably don't know when she conceived. Good luck for a successful whelp and adorable healthy puppies!
