I have had trouble with Jacks tummy from day one. He goes between vomiting and diarrhea. Not both at the same time. They took xrays and blood work and found nothing wrong. However I had to take all the bones away the ones that come apart for example the greenies and some of the other ones I would buy him occasionally such as bully sticks. I think that jack has a very sensitive stomach. i am used to having big dogs that don't so this is my first experience with small dogs. You might want to have it checked out. Good luck.
